Abstract

Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) of Papua Barat based on current prices in the third quarter of 2023 reached IDR 24,403.98 billion, meanwhile GRDP based on 2010 constant prices reached IDR 16,214.78 billion.

The economic growth of Papua Barat in the third quarter of 2023 compared to the previous quarter reached 1.34 percent (q-to-q). From the production side, the highest growth occurred in the Financial and Insurance Activities Industry at 7.15 percent. Meanwhile, in terms of expenditure, the highest growth was achieved by Components Government Consumption Expenditure (P-KP) by 7.80 percent.

The economic growth of Papua Barat in the third quarter of 2023 compared to the third quarter of 2022 reached 3.73 percent (y-on-y). From the production side, Financial and Insurance Activities Industry reached the highest growth of 16.94 percent. In terms of expenditure, the highest growth reached by the Export of Goods and Services at 29.72 percent.

Until the third quarter of 2023, Economic Growth of Papua Barat reached by 3.26 percent (c-to-c). From the production side, Manufacture Industry reached the highest growth of 10.48 percent. Meanwhile, in terms of expenditure, the highest growth reached by Export of Goods and Services at 42.38 percent.
