Abstraksi

On June 2025, Sorong Selatan Regency year-on-year (y-o-y) consumer price index’s development experienced inflation by 2,50 percent with consumer price index is on 110,81.
This y-o-y inflation occurred due to price increment, reflected in the increase of the indexes on the following expenditure groups, such as: food, beverages, and tobacco increased by 3.95 percent; housing, water, electricity, and household fuels increased by 2.49 percent; household equipment and routine maintenance increased by 1.27 percent; health increased by 1.75 percent; transportation increased by 0.11 percent; education increased by 1.92 percent; and provision of food and beverages or restaurants increased by 1.77 percent. Meanwhile, the expenditure groups that experienced decrease in index were: clothing and footwear decreased by 1.53 percent; information, communication, and financial services decreased by 0.01 percent; and personal care and other services increased by 0.33 percent. The recreation, sports, and culture group showed no index change.
The month-to-month (m-to-m) inflation rate and the year-to-date (y-to-d) inflation rate in Sorong Selatan Regency in June 2025 are 0.18 percent and 0.95 percent.
