Abstract

The Regional Government Financial Statistics Publication of Papua Barat Province 2024 is an annual publication issued by BPS-Statistics Papua Barat Province. Financial data of the Papua Barat Provincial Government are sourced from the official portal of the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance (DJPK) and the official portal of the Papua Barat Provincial Government.The data presented in this publication include information on the realization of the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) of the Papua Barat Provincial Government for the 2023–2024 period. Therefore, this publication provides an overview of the provincial government’s financial reports, which serves as a useful source of information for readers. Since the implementation of regional autonomy to establish clean governance, the government has continuously improved regional financial management. This improvement is based on Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 77 of 2020 concerning the Technical Guidelines for Regional Financial Management, which is derived from Government Regulation (PP) of 2019 on Regional Financial Management. Accordingly, the Regional Government Financial Statistics Publication of Papua Barat Province 2024 has been adjusted to reflect changes stipulated in the said ministerial regulation.
