Human Development Index of Papua Barat Province 2024

Human Development Index of Papua Barat Province 2024 is an annual publication by Statistics Indonesia (BPS), which has been published since 2008 and has now reached its seventeenth edition. In general, this publication provides an overview of the human development achievements in Papua Barat Province for the year 2024. The data and information presented include the state of human development in the province, the calculated Human Development Index (HDI) along with its component indices and their progress, disparities in HDI between regions, and the absolute positioning of each region in terms of economic and human development simultaneously. The human development data and information contained in this publication are expected to support local governments, the business community, educational institutions, and the general public in formulating strategies and efforts to promote better and more sustainable development.
