Abstract

The preparation of the Indonesian Democracy Index was carried out in several stages, starting from collecting various cases of democracy violations through newspaper reviews, Focus Group Discussions (FGD), and in-depth interviews. The results of the IDI have greatly assisted the government in formulating a more appropriate political development strategy.
