Abstract

  • In January 2025, the Farmers’ Terms of Trade (FTT) in Papua Barat Daya Province was 102.08, representing an increase of 0.98 percent compared to the FTT in December 2024.
  • The increase in FTT was caused by a rise in the index of prices received by farmers (It) while the index of prices paid by farmers (Ib) declined. The index of prices received by farmers (It) increased by 0.45 percent, whereas the index of prices paid by farmers (Ib) decreased by 0.53 percent.
  • In January 2025, the price index of household consumption (IKRT) in Papua Barat Daya Province declined by 0.68 percent.
  • The Agriculture’s Terms of Trade (NTUP) in Papua Barat Daya Province for January 2025 was 106.14, reflecting an increase of 0.37 percent compared to the NTUP in the previous month.
